Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your COMPOUND Electric Shaker. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Email us at compoundlabz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your COMPOUND Shaker arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at compoundlabz@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
Want a different colour instead of a refund? Email us at compoundlabz@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you may email us at compoundlabz@gmail.com clearly stating your wish to withdraw from the contract, or complete the model withdrawal form below and send it to the same address.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request via email. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
New Zealand Customers
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this policy. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under NZ law, regardless of the timeframes stated above.
