90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try COMPOUND DRIVE for 90 days. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 90 days of your delivery date and we'll refund your purchase price in full. You don't need to return the product, and opened bottles are covered.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@getcompoundlabz.com with your order number and the reason you're requesting a refund. We'll reply within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@getcompoundlabz.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Bundles

The guarantee applies to the full order, including 3-bottle (90-day) and 6-bottle (180-day) supplies.

Lost Orders

If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days after dispatch, email us and we'll reship or refund your order.
